At the end of the dark ages, the world saw huge social and cultural change. Most of this change was for the best, however the common problem of disease and sickness would get even worse. Knowledge and infrastructure to provide clean living conditions was still almost non-existent in this period and would cause suffering on a huge scale for the entire population.
