French detective Colonel Jean-Louis Recordon is tasked with a top secret investigation to capture Paul Touvier, a notorious French Nazi war criminal who has evaded capture for 40 years. Touvier was the Head of Intelligence serving under the Gestapo and was directly responsible for the deaths of 7 Jewish people as well as countless others.
