There were many high ranking Nazis who lived very strange and bizarre family lives. Many of the wives of the top ranking Nazis were incredibly submissive, and claimed they did not know of the horrors of the concentration camps, or the German war crimes. But a number were imprisoned at the end of the Second World War. Hitler would marry his long standing girlfriend for just 40 hours before their demise. Martin Bormann, Hitler’s Private Secretary would also live a wild life with many mistresses.
