Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has denounced what he called the West’s unkept “promises” to protect Ukraine. Zelensky has been demanding more fighter planes & a no-fly zone over Ukraine to stave off Russian attack. Ukraine has been asking NATO members Poland, Bulgaria, and Slovakia to donate their Soviet-era warplanes. Some reports say that Kyiv is willing to accept Moscow’s demand to guarantee its status as a neutral country.
